FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

In stock items will be shipped within 3 business days. Most "Custom made for you" pieces are estimated to require 6-9 weeks for production. All pieces have their production time listed, so be sure to check the product page description.

If your order is a rush, please email hello@myelysianjewels.com and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order's production time.

Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. Please note that our processing times still apply. 

Courier 2-Day: 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Overnight: arrives the next business day from 10:30am-12:30pm (excluding weekends and holidays)

International: 2-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)*

*International orders may be required to pay duty or VAT. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by FedEx or DHL before your package can be delivered. Elysian is not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duty or VAT.

We do not offer any returns unless discussed by one of our Elysian consultants.

If you need to make a return for damage reasons- for replacing - request please email us at hello@myelysianjewels.com subject return request.

Elysian Jewels offers a complimentary 60-day limited warranty on all fine jewellery purchases within  South Africa. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps and/or broken soft chain. 


Please note:

Bangles and eternity bands cannot be resized. Not all rings can be resized, and most rings cannot be resized more than 1-1.5 sizes smaller or larger than originally made
